What are the Internet Safety Issues for Children?

Children today need to be very careful when searching the web. General search engines do not have safety filters unless a parent or school has set it up. A harmless request can bring up sites that people do not need to be seeing. Teachers need to either set up a website with links to safe websites for children to use or set up a way to monitor what sites the students are accessing. Children also need to be taught not to give out personal information. Online predators are out there and they can find children even if they use an online name.
