Amazing Things that Happen in a Classroom

I have been blessed this semester with my cooperating teacher. She and I work very well together and have shared so many ideas and possibilities for teaching the students. The only way that we differ is in our use of technology. I tend to incorporate it into my lessons. She does not. However, now at the end of the semester, she has gotten very excited about the possibilities of building PowerPoint presentations and virtual fields to use when teaching next year. The overwhelming positive response that we have had from the students to the use of technology in the lessons has convinced her to start integrating some technology into her lesson plans. Her willingness to try new things has taught me to never close my mind off to new ideas or tried-and-true standards.
